The property has everything for a superb holiday including the best quality bed linen and towels, it is fully heated and air conditioned, has a fully equipped modern kitchen, the latest washing machine, Satellite television with all the main UK channels, DVD with clients offered a full length film for each night of their stay, Plasma fire and the use of a lock-up garage with direct access by lift to the apartment.
Apart from the property having two, south facing terraces, there is an excellent outdoor pool, within lawned gardens, and it is for use by residents only and has security gates with key supplied at the apartment, sun loungers and sun umbrellas are provided. Over the past year that this property has been available it has been the number one favourite with 60% of clients re-booking.

Clients are met at Malaga International Airport between the hours of 9AM and 8PM out of these hours clients are requested to utilise the airport taxi service, where the journey charge is approximately £15, and you would be met at the apartment.
Those clients wishing to utilise the £100 per week car rental option are met on arrival at Malaga Airport, with the rental car, and guided to the apartment. A private lock-up garage is included in the rental price with lift directly to the apartment this garage option is offered to clients with their own car or wishing to rent independently.
We are happy to provide a list of recommended restaurants, entertainment venues, night time horse racing, and trips for your information. While staying in the apartment clients have a choice from an extensive DVD library with a film per night of the reservation included, books and an extensive selection of board games are provided for those nights spent in though experience has shown that very few guests spend evenings in with all the bars? and bistros? in the old town and, ten minutes away, the hectic night life of Benalmadena Costa.
